Nicola Finley, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and an adjunct faculty member at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona. Dr. Finley is an alumnus of Brown University, the George Washington University School of Medicine, and the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine program at the University of Arizona. She practices integrative medicine at Canyon Ranch (a destination spa resort) with an emphasis on prevention and wellness. Prior to Canyon Ranch, she cared for Tucson’s underserved communities at El Rio Community Health Center and St. Mary’s Hospital for 10 years. Her clinical practice includes an integrative approach to well-being and preventing chronic diseases. She is excited to be part of a movement to transform and shape how health and wellness are defined. She embraces a broad concept of integrative medicine to include not just physical health but also emotional, sleep, spiritual, and social wellness.
