Description

Many of our clients (and many of us!) suffer from nerve compression and irritation syndromes. Nerve mobilization uses the length, elasticity, and irritability of the nervous system to guide hands-on treatment. This can be very helpful in cases of obvious nerve problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome or sciatica, but can also be surprisingly effective in situations that are less obviously neutrally related. Join massage therapist Doug Alexander as he explains how nerves can give rise to symptoms and how to evaluate them. Alexander then goes on to show how the nerve mobilization framework guides treatment.
