This course teaches therapists of all experience levels a safe and effective approach for addressing the lower body when performing Intelligent Deep-Tissue Massage in standing and seated postures. Learn techniques for the lower body with the client in prone, sidelying, and supine positions while placing a special emphasis on body mechanics and ergonomics. The purpose of the class is to introduce simple, but effective techniques a therapist may employ to extend their career and avoid injury and burnout, while ensuring the therapist provides a stellar client experience.
